The most likely reason for this problem is:
- ActiveX Error. IE7 "ActiveX Opt-In" feature on Windows VISTA has disabled ActiveX controls on the system.The page you want to visit requires your approval to run the ActiveX Control.By default, the ActiveX Opt-in does not apply to Intranet and Trusted Site zones.Please turn on ActiveX by going to the"Security Settings" tab in the "Internet Options" dialog of the "View"
menu.
