Managed PKI Administrator Renewal

Renew Your Managed PKI Administrator ID

You require a valid Administrator ID to access the Control Center. If your certificate is due to expire, you must renew it to continue using Managed PKI without interruption.

  • If your certificate has not yet expired, access the https://onsite-admin.adacom.com to renew your certificate without re-entering your information.
  • If your certificate has already expired, click Continue to renew your certificate. You will select your administrator certificate to renew.

    During renewal, you will be prompted for your challenge phrase and billing information. You will receive an email with instructions on how to pick up your renewed certificate when ADACOM S.A. has approved your request.
